You may have seen the recent internet blockbuster, “The Secret”, and been inspired or even floored at the material presented. But how do you take the next step and bring all this into your life? Here are 5 steps that will send you on your way to attracting the things you want and should have in your life!
1. Accept that “getting rich” is a noble pursuit. Often times, in movies and on TV, rich people are portrayed as evil or the bad guys, where the heroes are struggling along without much to show. The reality is this is a bogus portrayal! The more money you make, the more you will be able to help the world. Many poor people have huge hearts. So do many rich people. But a poor person with a gigantic heart can only do so much to make the world better. However, there is no stopping a rich person with a heart of gold!
2. Realize that opportunities are endless. There are no set limits to the opportunities there are out there for you. Nobody has a monopoly on opportunity. Once you believe this, you will begin to see more possibilities in your life every day.
3. Focus on what you want. For years I tried to figure out what I wanted to do with my life by constantly describing what I didn't want. It's no wonder these years were filled with frustrations and dissatisfaction! If you want to be rich, focus on all the ways there are to make money, instead of how not to lose money. Obsess over your bills, and guess what you will get? More bills! As you continue to focus on your desires, and shut out all thoughts of what you do not want, good things will come into your life!
4. Give thanks. Show gratitude. Daily. And, when something good happens in your life, acknowledge and celebrate it! You have to be grateful for what you have and what you have achieved, or you will be mired in the “small stuff” and not be able to move beyond your current situation.
5. Stop being competitive and start getting creative. As a former college athlete, I have a natural competitive nature. Competitiveness can work wonders in the initial desire to improve your situation. However, there is no need to compete for what has already been created. Competing as if wealth is limited and running out will lead to misery, even if you do manage to get rich! Instead, focus on your unique ideas and thoughts- and cause these things to be created.

Our Latest Manifestation
Hello Everyone,
I know by now almost everyone has heard of The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and how it is changing lives around the world. Watching The Secret opened up a whole new way of being for my wife and I. We were living and using some of the lessons from the movie, but with what is taught by the Teachers we have grown exponentially. We make vision boards and vision videos, we have gratitude journals and have started a LOA Meetup Group to share with others and grow together. We also use the lessons in all aspects of our lives, from our relationship with each other & friends to manifesting the types of businesses we get involved in. We have joined in with Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield & Michael Beckwith's SGR Program. The material alone was well worth getting involved. It is like The Secret on steroids! So believing that what you focus on expands, one affiliate has brought us to another. We have manifested into our lives a distributorship into the Best All-Natural Fruit Beverage on the market. Mona Vie is that beverage. Made from the Brazilian Acai Berry and 18 other nutrient-dense fruits, Mona Vie is rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants. The Acai berry is the number one superfood listed in "The Perricone Promise" by Dr. Nicholas Perricone. Take a look at youtube.com for our video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2H573durLhY

Manifest Money Using LOA & EFT
How to Manifest Money Fast using the Law of Attraction and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
How do I Manifest Money Immediately? I need to manifest a lot of money fast - What can I do attract money now?
When you HAVE to Manifest it NOW, immediately, yesterday even - what do you do?
Use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to apply the Law of Detachment, first!
For most of us, whenever we have to manifest something immediately, we almost automatically become anxious, fearful and doubtful.
If you have to manifest something immediately then you are dancing with one foot nailed to the floor! The nail that makes you spin is attachment; the attachment is the 'fear that immediately isn't fast enough.'
Since what we put our attention upon expands, the fear actually attracts the opposite of a solution. If we are afraid of 'not getting the money' then we don't get the money. If we are afraid of 'not having a safe home' then we get not having a safe home.
It's important that we recognize our fearful and doubtful thoughts and engage the law of detachment. The law of detachment is the act of employing absolute certainty and pure faith in the belief that our desire is certain and already within our reach.
With the law of attraction and emotional freedom technique (EFT), we can both harness the quantum power of the energy that creates worlds (our positive thoughts) and eliminate the emotional impediments (our negative thoughts/emotions) that block what we really want from manifesting.
In other words, EFT allows us to apply the law of detachment with sincere consistency. With EFT we neutralize our negative emotions and limiting beliefs. When we are neutral with our fears then the dreams and visions that we've been sending out to the Universe for years can finally have a safe landing; we can finally prepare the runway to be clear of debris so that our flight can land safely and prosperously!
Think of EFT as the can-opener for your dreams. Before the fabulous invention of the hand-held can-opener, breaching a can of green beans required lots of effort, concentration, a steady hand and a sharp knife.
You would eventually get to the food, but it would require a great deal of forced effort. Cutting and prying off the metal top ensured that you'd be plenty hungry by the time you enjoyed your first bite of sodium-packed vegetables.
Without intentional creation, most of us live our lives with a great deal of forced effort. And, by the time we 'get the money, the home, the job, the relationship' we are absolutely ravenous; not to mention exhausted and fearful of having to 'do it all over again tomorrow.'
By using EFT along with your creative visualization and manifesting exercises you have the ability to set free the positive vibes that have been vacuum sealed inside of you; you set free the potent imaginings that allow you to accept your divinity and harness your Divine powers of creation.
If you are not manifesting what you want fast enough, use EFT to get rid of the doubts and you're guaranteed to be happier. When you release the negative beliefs, if what you believe you want is in alignment with what you really want most right now, then you can't help but have it materialize.
How do you use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with the Law of Attraction?
Using the situation, "I need to manifest money fast", we can only assume that there's a reason that 'fast' is important. Therefore, let's assume that something bad might happen if you don't get the money fast.
When you want to use EFT to employ the law of detachment, figure out what you're attached to; continue to probe your thoughts until you identify what you're afraid of and what negative beliefs cause you distress.
With the desire "How do I manifest money fast?" you can uncover your specific fears by asking yourself 'fear- prompting' questions.
For example,
If I don't manifest enough money, what's the worst thin that I'm afraid of will happen?
If I never get the money I need, what will happen?
If I can't work hard enough what will happen?
If I can't borrow the money what will happen?
If I don't find a way to get the money, what is the worst thing that this says about me?
If I don't find a way to get the money, what does this remind me of?
If I don't manifest the money quickly, what will others say about me?
As law of attraction students, we've been taught NOT to look at the negative. However, with EFT, we want to acknowledge and shine the spotlight on anything that may be subconsciously sabotaging our positive vibes.
Don't worry - we won't be 'attracting' by acknowledging our limiting beliefs but instead we'll be releasing them from our vibration once and for all.
You want to EFT on those negative thoughts in order to sweep clean your attractor beacon. This is the ONE time you WANT to acknowledge your fears and doubts in order to release them from your creative vibration.
Therefore, identify the negative and hurtful thoughts that cause you pain and use these thoughts to form the set-up phrases with EFT.
Again using the 'manifest money fast' example, the set-up phrases that would allow you to use the power of EFT to get in there and rip the limiting beliefs out of your system and replace them with a sense of emotional neutrality might be:
Even though I'm afraid that I don't have the ability tomanifest enough money fast enough, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Reminder phrase: I can't make enough money fast enough.
Even though I'm afraid that I'll lose my home if I don'tmanifest the money fast enough, what if I could make peace with what is?
Reminder phrase: I'll lose my home.
Even though I'm terrified of being enslaved to my financial impotence for the rest of my life, I deeply and completely love and accept myself!
Reminder phrase: I'm a financial failure.
Even though I don't know how to get enough money fast enough and feel like it's a futile desire, what if I was capable of accomplishing anything?
Reminder phrase: I don't know how to make enough money fast enough.
Even though I doubt I will ever have the money I need to live the way I want to, I deeply and completely love, accept, and appreciate myself.
Reminder phrase: This shame and doubt.
When you follow the simple guidelines in Gary Craig's freeEFT manual (and learn the short-cut & LOA method that I use (see Anisa's demo), you'll soon begin to experience moments of peace.
The really great news is that you can be releasing your limiting beliefs in less than one hour from now, even if this is the first time you've ever heard of EFT!
By expanding your moments of peace, you're automatically enacting the law of detachment. You cannot feel attached and at peace at the same time. You can, however, feel attached and apathetic or sad at the same time.
Your benchmark is neutrality. If you do not reach a level of ZERO emotion or a state of neutrality, then you've not cleared the limiting beliefs completely.
You want to be persistent with conquering your fears, limiting emotions, and doubts using this EFT process until you've wiped out all negative emotions. It may take 30 minutes or it may take 30 days but if you want to finally experience a break-through with your manifesting skills then begin using EFT to enact the Law of Detachment, even if it's just 3 minutes a day.

The SGR Program - The Secret
The SGR Program - The Secret - Frequently Asked Questions
By Jon Yeo
AFTER THE FIRST ARTICLE, IT SEEMS MORE QUESTIONS BECAME EVIDENT AS PEOPLE SCRAMBLED TO FIND OUT WHAT THE SGR PROGRAM REALLY IS.
Well, it seems the interest in the SGR Program, the seminar based on The Secret and including the teachers of The Secret, Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield and Rev. Michael Beckwith, created a lot of interest on the internet.
Initially there was confusion that I tried to clear up in my first article.
That cleared up the initial confusion but it also led to more questions. We now know it is a seminar (and a pretty good one at that actually) but it is also an Affiliate Program. The answers led to additional questions like:
Basic or Premium Affiliate? - One is free so why pay? There is a free Basic affiliate but it doesn't contain half the benefits or any of the bonuses of the Premium Program
What are the reward plans? - Are they different for Basic or Affiliate? The rewards are very generous and the system is up an running in 2 minutes. The details for this are too many for this article
Why is there a seminar in the first place? - Bob Proctor answers
Bob answers this perfectly in a short 2 minute video. Why is is so passionate about getting his message out?
Why did Ester and Jerry Hicks remove involvement in the program? I guess you have to make your own conclusions but the "official" response and the missing video is available on my blog.
All the answers above are short versions. The detailed versions and associated videos can be found at http://jointhesecret.blogspot.com/2007/04/sgr-program-faq-most-requested.html
Jon is a life coach that understands and teaches the Law of Attraction. He provides a holistic attitude to life and wellbeing that encompasses the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of living so that people can have greater peace and control of their lives.

We Are What We Think
Saturday, March 17th, 2007
A fair warning: this post delves into something I’m passionate about, which is somewhat philosophical in nature. So if you’re of a certain religious persuasion and easily offended by others, then please skip over this blog post. If not, read on…
“The Secret” is taking the entire world by storm. It deals with the “Law of Attraction,” in that we attract to ourselves what we think and feel, and that our perceptions mold our reality.
As Earl Nightingale proclaimed in “The Strangest Secret,” one of the first self-help programs I’ve ever bought: “We become what we think about.”
You may have seen it talked about on Larry King, Oprah, and many other talk shows. It’s the most successful Internet launch of any product. It hit Alexa #1 soon after its launch, and propelled to the Amazon.com’s #1 best selling book and DVD within a few months.
It appeared in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Time Magazine, and even on the cover of Newsweek, which came shortly thereafter.
But is “The Secret” truly worth the buzz? Or is it just an old-world philosophy packaged in some newfangled marketing? The answer to the former is definitely “yes.” But for the latter, it’s “yes” and “no.” Let me explain…
My favorite quote of all time is from RenĂ© Descartes, which in Latin, goes: “Cogito Ergo Sum.” Translated, we all know it as: “I think, therefore I am.” And yes, it’s something that’s been around for ages.
My own life is living proof that it works. If you know my story, then you know that I went from being an abused child of an alcoholic and undergoing two bankruptcies, to becoming a successful entrepreneur. My life literally turned around when I applied “The Secret” to my life. So I personally believe it to be true.
(It was a pleasure when I was asked to write the copy for John Assaraf, one of the authors behind “The Secret” and whose life seems to parallel mine. From a “street kid” whose teenage years were plagued with violence, drugs, and crime, to a billionaire and now motivational speaker, John’s story, like mine, is another perfect example of the Law of Attraction in action.)
However, the recent hype, which is indeed a simple marketing twist on an ageless axiom, may be a little over the top for some people. But critics and cynics aside, I also do believe that it’s about time the word got out to reach the masses the way it has.
It’s definitely nothing new. It’s been around since the beginning of time. But there are some important reasons why this meme is finally becoming so popular — and I’ll come back to this in a moment.
One of my greatest passions is sociology. I love learning about history, culture, languages, and human behavior. It’s been one of my most fascinating topics — something I’ve studied in both formal and personal education.
I love to learn who we are, where we come from, what makes us unique. I studied many cultures, nationalities, and languages, as well as their origins and the behaviors that are innate to specific cultures.
And one such societal staple is certainly religion.
One of my favorite classes in college was studies in comparative religion. And unlike many people who seek out what makes us different, I’ve been more fascinated by what makes us similar.
I’m not here to proselytize for any religious persuasion. However, in my studies and personal research, I have read and studied the “bibles” of most religions, such as the Bible, the Torah, the Dhammapada, the Baghavad Gita, the Qur’an, and more.
I’ve studied Christianity, Judaism, Islamism, Buddhism, Theosophism, Confucianism, Taoism, Hinduism, Shamanism, Objectivism, Paganism (from Greek and Roman polytheism, all the way to Wicca), and more. And yes, even the Church of the Subgenius. (R.A.W., may you rest in peace!)
I’ve studied all the great spiritual masters, leaders, prophets, philosophers, and writers. One of my favorite contemporary authors is the great mythologist Joseph Campbell, who taught us to “follow our bliss.”
I have also immersed myself in the teachings of Florence Scovel Shinn, Wayne Dyer, John Randolph Price, Paul Solomon, and many others.
I did so in an attempt to try to find the one common denominator in all religions, in all cultures, in all societies. Some people say it’s love. That may be true, but what I have found is, in almost all cases, the common denominator has been “You are what you think.”
Proverbs 23:7 states, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” “Life consists in what a man is thinking of all day,” said Ralph Waldo Emerson. Or, as the Buddha said in the opening line of the Dhammapada (1:1): “We are what we think. All that we are is the result of our thoughts.”
These are just some examples. I’ve seen this again and again. In almost every religious book, teaching, philosophy, or theology, there has been some reference to this timeless wisdom.
Again, I’m not here to enter into a theological debate of any kind. But I do believe in the law of attraction. And for the longest time, scientists have worked hard to disprove the existence of a Supreme Being, and to prove the irrationality of religion, prayer, and worship.
But lately, and probably why “The Secret” is making such a splash, is that science is finally, and paradoxically, proving what scholars, spiritual leaders, and philosophers have known to be true all along.
In movies like “What The Bleep” (which I highly recommend), quantum mechanics theorists and quantum physicists discuss that science is indeed proving that we are what we think.
One of the most fascinating studies in this area is Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water crystallization experiments. It’s amazing that thoughts can actually alter the composition of water. And since we are mostly made up of water ourselves, this is proof that thoughts and feelings affect physical reality.
This philosophy has literally changed the lives of millions of people. For many others, “The Secret” is just a bunch of hype. And I can certainly appreciate and respect both sides.
But in the middle, we find the majority of people trying to make sense of it all.
When we see the movie, and perhaps even adopt its concepts, some of us are probably left scratching our heads trying to figure out how it works, seeking real-world applications of the Law of Attraction. If only there were practical, easy-to-follow steps we can take.
That’s why it is certainly no secret that, when I was asked to review “The Secret Science of Getting Rich” home study course via ReviewMe.com (as a paid review request), I was utterly thrilled to do so.
It’s a course based on a seminar given by several authors of the runaway best-selling book and movie, which helps its students apply the teachings behind “The Secret” to their lives. I haven’t taken the seminar or bought the product, so my knowledge is only limited by the content on the website. But one thing I do know…
There is a tendency for naysayers to look askance at programs like this, but never has there been a program offered that combines the credibility of teachers like Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for The Soul), Bob Proctor (success coach), and Michael Beckwith (spiritual leader) with a run-away-best-selling book and movie.
The teachers are inspirational. And the curriculum itself is worth a look.
The program includes 10 jam-packed CDs, over 15 hours of MP3s, a 180-page workbook and planner, the book itself, a variety of tools to guide you, all included in a beautiful, leather-bound briefcase to carry the course with you, wherever you go.
And the course even includes access to a private members website, where you can network and rub shoulders with likeminded students and experts.
A great bonus is that the course also comes with it’s own business opportunity. If you’re so inclined, you can promote the course yourself, with a pre-designed website and ready-to-use promotional materials, so you can make money promoting the seminar.
At the very least, check out the website and signup for the free 7-part email course. It’s a worthwhile read.
Nevertheless, if you have always wondered how you can achieve success in your life, whatever “success” means to you (and being “rich” doesn’t necessarily mean it needs to be of a financial nature, either), then I recommend that you check out The Secret Science of Getting Rich.

"The Secret" and the Science of Getting Rich
"The Secret" and the Science of Getting Rich - by Cheri & Mark Fish

Have you heard of the DVD called "the Secret"? Well it isn't such a secret anymore. The DVD was released in March 2006 and according to Time Magazine, the DVD has sold 500,000 units within the first 6 months. Today it sells well over 5,000 copies a day! It ranked in Amazon's Top-5 sellers during Christmas week; and a tie-in hardcover book just entered the Top 10 on the New York times bestseller list.
The amazing thing about "the Secret" is that you won't find it in your local Blockbuster or Barnes and Noble, it is selling briskly through new-age bookstores, New Thought churches like Unity and AGape and the official website at http://www.thesecret.tv/. "It's become the biggest selling item in the 30-year history of our store," says Harmony Rose Allor, a buyer at West Hollywood's popular metaphysical bookshop, The Bodhi Tree. it is "word-of-mouth" marketing at it best.
So what is the secret to "the Secret's" success? It's is a "transformational movie", where a person's view on life and the laws of life will no longer be the same after watching this movie. In a sense, it has created the same kind of effect as "the Da Vinci Code" and the 2004 hit cult movie "What the Bleep Do We Know". The movie has created such waves that it has already been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Larry King Live and the Ellen DeGeneres show.
At the core of the movie is a central philosophy called "the Law of Attraction". In fact, the movie itself was inspired by this very same law when the producer read a book called "the Science of Getting Rich" by Wallace D. Wattles. This books was written in 1910!
This philosophy states that we create our reality, both good and bad! The message is delivered through 24 "teachers" which include prosperity preachers, chiropractic healers, relationship gurus, life coaches and motivational speakers — into one clear, cohesive voice. The movie is a "must watch" for anyone interested in taking charge of their life and in creating the life of their dreams.
Following on the success of the Secret, 3 of the core teachers - namely Bob Proctor and Jack Canfield have collaborated to produce a wealth building program called "the Secret Science of Getting Rich Seminar". This program is based on the book that inspired the movie and is set to make history as the fastest selling personal development program in history.
What is the Science of Getting Rich about? Well in the words of Wallace D. Wattles, "The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor. It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich." The Science of Getting Rich is all about teaching how to do things in this "certain" way to create wealth.
The success of this program is built on several rock solid foundations. These factors include: the phenomenal success of "the Secret", the timeless concepts from the Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles, the credibility of successful personal improvement teachers and New Thought leaders of our time, and the Internet as the distribution medium.

The Secret - How to Apply The Law Of Attraction
The Secret - How To Apply The Law Of Attraction
By Inger Nilsson
The law of attraction works whether you are aware of it or not, therefore it is better for You if you use the knowledge to Your advantage.
Your knowledge (no matter what knowledge it is) does not matter, makes no difference, if you do not know how to apply it.
Since you are suppose to feel good to attract good - to begin with, start out with looking for the things you are grateful for in your life.
Whenever you feel negative inside, take a deep breath through your nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth formed as a cornet. If the negative feeling persists, breathe in again, in short sequences, then push the air out with fast short puffs. Also, when you breathe in, stretch out, lower your shoulders and look at the sky. Feel the negative vibration slowly disappear. Do this until you have released all of the negative feelings within.
If somebody have evoked (for some reason or another) the negative feeling - do the above and think that it is that person who has the issues, not you. Stay focused on the good feeling and keep your vision (dream) clear in your mind at all times. See the movie "The Secret" over and over and read the book The Law of Attraction, until you understand the message completely.
Listen to Esther Abraham-Hicks and her fabulous teachings on the Law of Attraction, over and over, until you are equally clear about the messages - until you really understand the process and how it works.
As I have seen the movie The Secret over and over again, I have discovered more and more layers of the secret and the law of attraction, from what the scientists and authors in the program are saying. Then I have been able to apply it more and more. As soon as I have applied the law of attraction I have experienced immediate results.
I can see it in the response I receive from the people I am close to and in the way I relate to everyday ordinary tasks.
Now I can not wait to apply the secret and the law of attraction on greater and greater dreams and visions every day. I have already made my list of gratitude. I have already made my list of the things that I want to have and do. I have put my "Universe Bank Check" on the wall opposite my bed. It is the first thing I see when I wake up.
My next step now is to get my own vision board* for the pictures of the things I intend to realize with my new awareness of how the law of attraction is working. I am so exited to see the secret materialize by the law of attraction my dreams into the reality of my life.
I always use to worry about the "How" of the matter - now I have given the "How" to the universe, and am completely focused on the "What". I am now focusing on the prosperity I am about to have, both inner and outer. I have also thought of and felt the power of the "receiving" part, that the secret and the law of attraction is talking about. I am now ready to receive the things I desire, the things that I want.
I do not bother about how this will be done, I am completely focused on what I want to do and have and am ready to receive it. I close my eyes and open my mind to receive it. I think about the things and the people and all that I am grateful for first. I feel gratitude and humbleness when I think about how lucky I am in many respects compared to so many others.
I see all the ordinary things around me - things I usually take for granted - but now, I see them in a different light. I am grateful for them, thinking about how fortunate I am compared to many others, living under more uncertain circumstances than myself.
I think of my son, my parents and my friends and that I live in a country blessed from wars for many centuries. I also look at my pet, my beautiful little cat and how peaceful she seems right now. I think of how loving she can be, for example whenever I am down and out. Then she comes to my side and literally stretch her paw out to pat me on my cheek. Is that not beautiful - then tell me what is? I feel grateful to have her in my life.
I think of my mother, now old and sick. One day when we had been in their cottage in the country, she wrote something on a piece of paper and handed it to me as I was leaving for my home: "Thank you for a wonderful day", it said. There is nothing wrong with her speech, but she wanted to give me this plain message on a piece of paper. She was truly grateful - for so little! And my heart fills with love, humbleness and gratitude for my mom, whenever I think of this moment.
I am grateful for my parents, their kindness and never ending love and support. I also think of my son, his inner being. I feel gratitude for his considerate and thoughtful nature, his kindness and sweetness. His sense of humor and sharp senses, his creative spirit and talents.
I am now focused on to align myself with the universe. To think, feel and be in tune with the universe. The universe is an obedient force that respond to my wish. The universe is at my command. Whatever I wish - whatever I want, I can have, do, or make.
Therefore - concentrate on the prosperity, not on the lack. Breathe deep whenever you feel doubt. Think of something or somebody you love. Relax and let the universe care about the mechanisms of the creative process. Close your eyes. Visualize your dreams in your mind. Paint the picture of your dreams in your mind. See the things you want, the people you want to meet and know, the house and the things you want to have, the money you want to own, in your mind.
Do not let doubt get in the way - if you feel doubt - relax and take a deeper breath, focus and zoom in your vision of your life.
*A vision board is a board of any material where you can put your pictures, drawings, etc. of the things and persons you want to have in your life. The things you want to have, the places you want to go to and the people you want to meet and be with. It is a board filled with images and text which visualizes your dreams. If you want you can call it a "vision board" - to remind you of your dream. The purpose of a vision board is to keep your dream alive right there in front of your eyes to look at on a daily basis. They also talk about the vision board in the movie "The Secret".

Beginning the Law of Attraction
Understanding the Law of Attraction
I know that you probably know someone who is great at manifesting. You also may have even felt somewhat envious of that person because from the out side appearance they seem to have everything and getting these things with little effort as if they had a four leaf clover or lucky star.
Maybe t hey were born with the knowledge of manifesting what they want already intact. I know that once we learn something in another life (I am a believer in past lives) is not lost and that we can always choose to bring those traits with us as we move from life experience to life experience
If you want to attract abundance you need to have the knowledge. Any other skill people have, and manifesting is no different from playing football or flipping burgers. How good you are at it will depend on how much effort you put in to it. Although some of us are keener at certain life skills does not in any way shape or form mean you cannot become skilled in attracting abundance to yourself.
The people who have mastered manifesting abundance that you know of are efficient in attracting what they are thinking about or creating into their lives. With practice you will be able to do the same if not more. They do it so well that it seems effortless and natural. They would not blink an eye if you said or suggested they did not deserve something. It just is not a part of their reality.
Once you have learned how to better understand on how the “Law of Attraction “ works is your first step in bringing abundance into your life
Law of Attraction
We are the ones who create our own reality. We attract to our lives (relationships, financial, spiritual) etc that which we give our attention to or focus. Now is the concept simple? Yes but is the concept easy? No. If you would like to hear that it is as simple as staying positive and saying affirmations then let me ask you “how has that worked before for you?” My quess is it probably has not worked the way you had hoped for.
When the focus is on having less we create that experience for ourselves. When we focus on “I hate this job” When you put your attention on it then how can you possibly see any aspects of your job that could be satisfying? Just wanting something is not going to bring that to you when we continue to focus on the not having of it. The only thing you will have is “not having” and will totally block what it is you truly desire.
Another mistake that we sometimes make is we tend to think of wealth in terms of how much we have in the bank. ..Focusing on winning the lottery or at bingo is a fruitless event. If Focusing on winning the game is focusing on not having enough. My reason for this thinking is I have had friends who held this desire. They wanted to share what they would do with the winnings. Yet some of the things they say they would do are actually things they could be doing right now with what they already have. On a smaller scale. So why don’t they? It is because they are clinging to the notion that there is not enough. This is usually based on fear. Let me give you an example.
A women’s mother owns a car that is in need of repair. The daughter mentions “if I won the lottery I would buy my mother a new car”. But in reality, the daughter has the means to take her car to the auto repair shop and pay of 200.00 that the car needs for repairs. The car would be fixed so her mom would have a dependable car to drive. If you asked why she doe not go ahead and have the car repaired, she answers, Gosh I only have $1200.00 in my bank account and taking that out would knock out quite a bit of my savings. If my car should go on the fritz or one of my children should get sick where would I get the money from? Can you see the daughters true focus is on “not enough” rather than being focused on winning the lottery? When we focused on “not enough” it will not matter how much money we have it will never be enough. Suggesting that she pay for her mother’s car repairs brought about her fears into the open. It would be wonderful if the daughter could trust that by helping her mother and paying for the repairs she would not put herself at any risk. But for the time being, while she feels she must hold onto that fear reality. The best thing would be to suggest to the daughter to focus on visualizing her mothers driving safely and in comfort and without having any mechanical breakdowns. Would that not be a positive image/thought to get the picture to become her reality? Maybe she could introduce the laws of Attraction to her mother so she can start attraction a new car for herself among the other things she might desire.
I know that you probably know someone who is great at manifesting. You also may have even felt somewhat envious of that person because from the out side appearance they seem to have everything and getting these things with little effort as if they had a four leaf clover or lucky star.

The Secret- The Science of Getting Rich
What Happens When 3 Extraordinary Teachers from "the Secret" Come Together to Teach the Science of Getting Rich? by Cheri Fish
The Science of Getting Rich is a timeless classic written in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles. It is a bold title for a book and suggests that getting rich is a predictable outcome if one can master the principles outlined in the book. Here is how Wallace D. Wattles puts it in his own words, "The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor. It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich."
Certainly, this book is well referenced by many of the great teachers today and it is the same book that inspired Rhonda Byrne to produce that runaway success "the Secret". Here is what Rhonda Byrne said on her introductory note to the book, "I can honestly say that, since that first night when a tattered printed manuscript found its way to me (thanks to one of my daughters), my life has never been the same. Once you read it for yourself, you will understand why". Rhonda went on to produce the movie "the Secret" and the best-selling book of the same title which has sold millions of copies worldwide.
However, learning how to do things in that "certain way" as described by Wallace D. Wattles may be more challenging for some as the book was written nearly 100 years ago. Some of the language is a little dated and much of its wisdom lost from a modern day perspective.
Fortunately, a new training seminar for the Secret Science of Getting Rich has brought the wisdom of this timeless classic back to life for modern readers. Called "the Secret Science of Getting Rich Seminar", this program is the most comprehensive training system for mastering Wallace D. Wattles wealth creation philosophies and principles since its creation. It comprises written, audio and live seminar formats for learning, applying and mastering the Science of Getting Rich.
A unique "twist" to the program is the fact that it has an in-built vehicle for creating substantial financial wealth through its affiliate program. This is truly a unique wealth eduction and wealth building program designed to empower any individual with the resources to get rich. It is a program whose time has come. The program would not be possible without the original text from Wallace D. Wattles, the skills of 3 of the leading teachers of our time, the phenomenal success of "the Secret" and the Internet as a learning and distribution tool.

The Secret Science of Getting Rich Teachers:

Bob Proctor
Bob Proctor is an author, lecturer, counselor, business consultant, entrepreneur, and teacher preaching the gospel of positive thinking, self-motivation and maximizing human potential. In that endeavor, he follows in the footsteps of such motivational giants as Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale and Wallace D. Wattles.
His extraordinary teaching ability has won Proctor acclaim around the globe and has carried the Canadian-born motivator to the far reaches of the earth. He is as well known in Australia and Malaysia as he is in Alberta and Mississippi.
Born in a little town in northern Ontario, Canada with the low self-esteem that often befalls a family's middle child, he performed poorly in school, dropped out and did a hitch in the navy. Afterward he drifted from one dead-end job to another until a friend introduced Bob to the concept of self-development through Napoleon Hill's classic Think and Grow Rich.
With the spark generated by Hill's words, Proctor found the initiative to start an office cleaning business which he grew to international scope in his first year of operation. From that experience - after seeing what he had been able to accomplish with just a rudimentary knowledge of personal motivation and goal-setting - he hungered for more information.
His quest took him to the Nightingale-Conant organization to study under his mentor, Earl Nightingale. Once on board, he rose swiftly through the ranks. Eventually, while the Nightingale-Conant organization assumed the forefront in wide-scale distribution of personal development programs, Bob felt the need to take his ideas and methods directly to the individual, to the one-on-one level which had proved so successful for himself.
In the mid 1970's, Proctor established his own seminar company and secured a contract to work with a few hundred agents of Prudential Life Insurance Co. of America in Chicago. During his first seminar Bob made the suggestion that any agent present could write $5 million in business that year if the agent made a decision to do so.
The fact that the seminar took place in July with the year half over and that no agent in that region had ever written so much business in the 100-year history of the company made Bob's suggestion appear to be outrageous. However, when the performance level of the entire division increased substantially with more than one agent actually accomplishing the deed, Bob's reputation as a motivator was established.
Over the ensuing years, Proctor has shared his special message and expertise with hundreds of business entities worldwide and, through a program of live seminars, with thousands of people of all ages in all walks of life.
Meanwhile, in addition to his international best-seller You Were Born Rich, he found time to author other works as well, including Mission in Commission, The Winner's Image, The Goal Achiever, The Success Series, The Success Puzzle, The Recruiting Puzzle, and Being Your Very Best.

With a BA from Harvard University, a Masters from University of Massachusetts, and an honorary doctorate from the University of Santa Monica, Canfield has been a high school and university teacher, a workshop facilitator, a psychotherapist, and for the past 30 years, a leading authority in the area of self-esteem and personal development.

After each session, audiences everywhere had encouraged him to put his stories into a single book.
In 1990, while on an airplane home, he felt that it was time. He shared his idea with author Mark Victor Hansen during breakfast one day. Hansen liked the idea, and so began the Chicken Soup for the Soul phenomenon. But with their busy schedules, translating what worked on the podium onto the written page proved more challenging than either of them had anticipated. After three long years, the two had compiled just sixty-eight stories — a far cry from the 101 they believed was the magic number for a successful book. Nonetheless, their successful partnership has spawned many other titles that have made them enormously famous.
Canfield has appeared on numerous television shows, including Good Morning America, 20/20, Eye to Eye, CNN’s Talk Back Live, PBS and the BBC. Today, he speaks shares his success strategies with companies and associations worldwide.
The most recent book Canfield has written was the 2005 publication of The Success Principles. In it Canfield shares 64 principles that he and other people have utilized to achieve great levels of success.

Michael Bernard Beckwith
Michael Bernard Beckwith is a world leader and teacher in the New Thought–Ancient Wisdom tradition of spirituality. He is the founder of the Agape International Spiritual Center, cofounder of the Association for Global New Thought, and the Season for Nonviolence, which are extensions of his vision of one human family united on a foundation of peace, based on the spiritual origin of every man, woman, and child.
In 1986 Dr. Beckwith founded the Agape International Spiritual Center, a transdenominational community which today counts a membership of 9,000 devoted to the study and practice of New Thought–Ancient Wisdom. Agape's outreach programs feed the homeless, serve incarcerated individuals and their families, advocate the preservation of the planet's environmental resources, and globally build and support orphanages whose children have survived the ravages of war and AIDS.
Dr. Beckwith's renown as a harbinger of the world's quest for peace has drawn into his visionary orbit those whose names are synonymous with this goal. Arun Gandhi, grandson of Mohandas K. Gandhi, shares with Dr. Beckwith the national co-directorship of A Season for Nonviolence (SNV). SNV promotes and teaches the principles of nonviolence embodied by Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and is endorsed by UNESCO on behalf of its Culture of Peace and Nonviolence Appeal by Nobel Peace laureates. Other notable supporters include Dr. C.T. Vivian, Dr. A.T. Ariyaratne of Sri Lanka, His Holiness the Dalai Lama of Tibet, Coretta Scott King, and Dr. Robert Muller.
As cofounder and president of the Association for Global New Thought, Dr. Beckwith stands, along with other co-creative leaders, members, and friends, at the threshold of an evolutionary leap that dares to call an end to human suffering. As its voice, Dr. Beckwith guides activities such as AGNT's annual Awakened World Conference, bringing together scientists, sociologists, spiritual leaders, economists, and international forecasters—individuals with proven track records in guiding humanity to its highest potential.
Dr. Beckwith teaches meditation, scientific prayer, and speaks at conferences and seminars. He is the originator of the Life Visioning Process, a time-tested technique offering its practitioners a method for putting a stop to being a passive tourist in one's life. He is author of Inspirations of the Heart (currently nominated as a finalist for the Nautilus Book Award), Forty Day Mind Fast Soul Feast, A Manifesto of Peace, and Living from the Overflow
